Child Safety Standards

Effective Date: August 15, 2026

At Asman (also referred to as "Asman Dating"), we are unconditionally committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe platform. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against any form of child exploitation, abuse, or harm.

1. Explicit Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM

Asman strictly and explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and the creation, sharing, transmission, or possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Any visual representations, media, or text depicting or describing minors in sexually explicit situations.
  • Any attempts to groom, exploit, or solicit minors.
  • Any behavior that facilitates child trafficking or endangers child safety.

Any account found engaging in, facilitating, or promoting CSAE or CSAM will be permanently banned immediately, and we will cooperate fully with international law enforcement agencies.

2. Reporting Violations

If you encounter any content or behavior on the Asman platform that violates our child safety standards, or if you suspect child abuse or exploitation is occurring, please report it immediately using the contact details below.

3. Contact Person & Dedicated Safety Team

We have designated a dedicated Child Safety Officer and team to handle all child safety-related inquiries, reports, and escalations:

All reports sent to our support email are prioritized and investigated immediately by our safety team.

4. Our Actions and Legal Cooperation

When a violation of our Child Safety Standards is reported or identified, Asman will:

  • Immediately remove the offending content and suspend/terminate the associated accounts.
  • Preserve relevant evidence in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Report all instances of CSAM/CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant global law enforcement authorities.
